Kerala Taxi 24
Effective From: 30 August 2026

By booking or using the services of Kerala Taxi 24, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. A booking is confirmed only after confirmation from Kerala Taxi 24 and payment of the applicable advance, where required.

1. Fares & Additional Charges

The agreed fare depends on the vehicle, route, duration, and services requested. Tolls, parking fees, permits, entry fees, interstate taxes, waiting charges, and other applicable expenses will be charged separately unless specifically included in the booking.

1. Duty Hours

Standard duty time is 12 hours per day, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Arrival and departure days are excluded from this standard duty period and will operate according to the agreed travel schedule.

Any duty beyond the specified hours will be chargeable as per the applicable additional-hour charges.

1. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the booking, vehicle, travel date, and service selected. Applicable cancellation charges will be communicated at the time of booking.

1. Vehicle & Driver

We will make reasonable efforts to provide the vehicle confirmed at the time of booking. In exceptional circumstances, a similar or upgraded vehicle may be provided.

The driver may make reasonable decisions regarding routes, stops, and vehicle operation based on road, traffic, weather, and safety conditions.

1. Air Conditioning

The driver may turn off the AC in hilly, steep, or difficult road sections when necessary for vehicle performance, safety, or to prevent overheating.

1. Pickup & Drop-off

Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop-off details. Delays caused by customers, traffic, road conditions, weather, incorrect information, or circumstances beyond our control may affect the travel schedule and may result in additional charges.

1. Food & Beverages

Passengers are not permitted to eat or consume beverages inside the vehicle without the prior consent of the driver.

Any cleaning or damage charges resulting from food, beverages, or spills may be charged to the customer.

1. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must:

• Maintain proper conduct inside the vehicle.
• Follow the driver's reasonable safety instructions.
• Not damage or misuse the vehicle.
• Not engage in illegal, dangerous, or abusive behaviour.
• Keep the vehicle reasonably clean.

Any damage caused by passengers may be charged to the customer.

1. Luggage & Personal Belongings

Passengers are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings. Kerala Taxi 24 is not responsible for belongings lost, forgotten, or left inside the vehicle.

Luggage must be within the reasonable capacity of the selected vehicle.

1. Changes to Booking

Any changes to the travel date, route, vehicle, passenger details, pickup location, or itinerary must be informed in advance and are subject to availability and additional charges where applicable.

1. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

Kerala Taxi 24 shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by traffic, weather, road closures, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, accidents, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

1. Safety

All passengers must comply with applicable safety and traffic regulations. The driver may refuse to continue a journey if passenger behaviour or conditions create a reasonable safety risk.

1. Privacy

Customer information will be collected and used in accordance with the Kerala Taxi 24 Privacy Policy.

1. Changes to Terms

Kerala Taxi 24 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The latest version will be published on our website.

1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi, Kerala, India.
