- Advance payments are generally non-refundable if the cancellation is made within the applicable cancellation period communicated at the time of booking.

- If Kerala Taxi 24 cancels a confirmed booking and cannot provide a suitable alternative, the eligible advance amount will be refunded.
- No refund will be provided for no-shows, late arrival, unused services, or early termination of the trip by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
- Any eligible refund will be processed through the original payment method, subject to applicable payment processing timelines.
- Tolls, permits, parking charges, entry fees, and other expenses already incurred or paid on behalf of the customer are non-refundable.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deducting any applicable cancellation or service charges.
